Supplier onboarding
Prequalification questionnaires, QHSE assessments, insurance certificates, bank details and supplier forms are prepared by us and kept up to date.

Quotations procurement can check
A clear lump sum per scope, broken down into labour, materials and travel, with written assumptions and exclusions and daily rates for optional extras. Net, VAT and gross, in English or Polish.

Purchase orders and portals
We work to your PO numbers and supplier portals such as Coupa or SAP Ariba. Every invoice references the purchase order and the signed acceptance protocol.

Change control
Extra work is agreed in writing on a variation form before it starts. The final invoice matches what you approved.
(03) Multi-site programmes
For roll-outs across several buildings or countries, we survey a representative site first, agree one scope and price model, and then deliver site by site on a shared schedule. You get a weekly status per site and one person to call, wherever the work is happening.

Can you complete our supplier prequalification?
Yes. We prepare prequalification, QHSE and supplier forms ourselves and keep the supporting documents current, so onboarding does not depend on your team chasing us.
Do you work outside Poland?
Yes, across Europe. Where possible we use subcontractors local to the site, which keeps travel costs low and response times short.
What size of jobs do you take on?
From one-day jobs, such as installing a single energy meter, to multi-site programmes. Small scopes get the same documents and the same care as large ones.
