Odraberg / Services / Electrical

Electrical works for facility managers.

Switchboard upgrades, new circuits and installations, periodic inspections, lighting and as-built documentation for offices, production plants and logistics sites across Poland and Europe. One project manager, itemised quotations and work planned around your operations.

(01) Why electrical jobs stall

In a working building, the hard part of electrical work is the shutdown, not the cable.

Adding a circuit or replacing a switchboard section means agreeing a shutdown window with tenants or production, preparing RAMS, isolating safely, and leaving the drawings in a state the next contractor can trust. Skip any of these and the job either waits for weeks or creates a risk nobody signed off.

We plan the work backwards from your operations: shutdowns agreed in advance, permits and isolation per site rules, and updated single-line diagrams handed over with the acceptance protocol.

(02) What we deliver

  1. 01

    Switchboards and upgrades

Low-voltage switchboard extensions, replacements and retrofits: new outgoing feeders, protection devices, metering and labelling, delivered in short planned shutdowns.

  2. 02

    Installations and extensions

New circuits and power supplies for equipment, cabling and cable routes, and fit-out works for offices, production lines and warehouses.

  3. 03

    Inspections and testing

Periodic electrical inspections and measurements, thermographic surveys of switchboards and test reports with a clear list of defects and recommended fixes.

  4. 04

    Lighting

LED retrofits, workplace lighting upgrades and emergency lighting, including testing and documentation required by the site.

  5. 05

    Documentation

Updated single-line diagrams and switchboard schedules in editable DWG, as-built packs and documentation recovery for sites where drawings no longer match reality.

(03) Standards we work to

Work is designed, executed and tested in line with the standards that apply on site, and documented so an auditor or insurer can follow it.

(06) Questions

Who does the work on site?

Qualified, licensed electricians from subcontractors we select for each scope. We manage the contract: quotation, documents, schedule, supervision and handover. You deal with one company and receive one invoice.

Can the work be done without stopping production?

Most of it, yes. Preparation is done while the site stays in operation, and the shutdown itself is kept as short as possible and scheduled in a window agreed with the site, including nights and weekends.

Our drawings are out of date. Can you still quote?

Yes. We start with a survey, and if needed we include drawing recovery in the scope, so the job ends with documentation that matches the installation.

Send us the electrical scope.
